    Here are the details

I stopped taking bcps in 03/99,
but my cycles never became regular (35,
    46, 35, 37, 69, and 48 days). AF
last came 12/09/99, I saw the Dr.
the following week to begin planning
    for Provera/Clomid for the next
cycle. DH was scheduled to enjoy
himself with a plastic cup last Friday.
He was very unhappy about this,
so I figured that I would take an hpt
Thursday night and see if I could
let him off the hook. I hadn't noticed
any symptoms, I just love to pee
on those sticks - I am a true hpt
    addict.

Lo and behold, there was a very faint line!
And again on Friday - twice!
and on Sunday, and Monday, too!
On Monday, I also had my blood tested -
    an hCG of 142.
    I'm pg!

And I do have symptoms - sore bbs,
sensitivity to smell, and the only
heartburn I've ever ever had (DH
almost called the hospital about my "heart attack"!)

So now we pray that the baby and I are healthy.
Thank you all for your support during a
    very confusing and stressful time!

    Dust dust dust...fresh stuff, too!

+++ HPT today - confirmed by doctor!
    I'm in shock!

    Hi everyone!
It's been a while since I've been on,
    mostly because I've been feeling
under the weather and a little depressed.

On 01/03/2000, I had my progesterone
checked and is was a little low and
    so I started taking progesterone
(lozanges), as requested by the DR.
AF was suppose to arrive last
Wednesday and did not. I tested on
that day and got a - HPT. On Friday,
I tested again and got another -
HPT. I was devastated. I thought this
would be the month. I called my DR
on Friday and scheduled an U/S &
    office visit for the following
    Wednesday (that would be today).

Well, I got up this morning, feeling kinda
queezy and thought, oh no, AF
is here. I went to the bathroom
and found out that AF was still not here
and so, I decided to do one
last HPT. Something inside me just
clicked at that moment. IT WAS A + HPT!!!
I couldn't believe it. When my
DH got out of the shower, I asked
him to check just in case I was seeing things.
    He confirmed that I wasn't!

When I got to the DR's office, I immediately
told the nurse about the +
HPT and she directed me to the
LAB for blood tests & a urine test.
I then had an U/S done, to check the
uterus lining and ovaries. Once the
tests were done, we (DH & I) met with the DR.
She told us that it looked
like I was pg but that I had to keep
on taking the progesterone until the blood
tests came back, just in case
    my body wasn't producing enough
progesterone. And, she told us to go home
and wait for her call, within
    the next few hours.

So as I'm checking out, the DR runs over
and hands me a piece of paper
and tells me to open it only once
I've left her office. I agree! But before
I could leave her office, her
nurse runs over to me and congratulates
and hugs me! At that moment, I knew...
    I was pregnant! I immediately
opened the piece of paper, which
indicated that I was in fact PREGNANT!
    I can't believe it! I've been
    walking on sunshine all afternoon!

The down side of this story is that my
progesterone is still a very big
    factor that could terminate this
pregnancy. So, although we are very very
    excited and happy about the
pregnancy, we are trying to be
realistic and cautious, just in case.

Now I wait and see what the blood test
indicate and if all is well, I
see my DR in two weeks for another U/S
    to hear my baby's heart!

DH and I are crossing everything,
    fingers, toes, legs...you name it,
    we've got it crossed.

    I'm sorry I've written a book.
I needed to share this with y'all.
Thank you so much for being here for me.

    Bobbie :)
+++++ thoughts to all of you!!! xo

Congrats Bobbie...enjoy, but answer a ?? too! PLEASE??

    stay away af!!!!
Bobbie: Oh, I am so excited for you!!
I don't think that we've ever spoken in
chat or anything, so greetings and
congrats all in the same breath!! LOL!

I am currently taking my first cycle
of clomid, 100mg, and I was
wondering if you could tell me if you
    experienced any cramping or anything
before you found that you were
    pregnant today? Sore nipples?
Anything? I am totally obsessing because
my body is being more than
    crazy!! LOL!

    congrats and thanks ahead!

    Tiffgard

    Hi there Tiffgard!!!

    Thanks...and here's what I felt...
I, too, was on 100mg of Clomid last
month and these are the symptoms
that I've had during the past week:

    - sore nipples (really sore...painful to my own touch!);
    - a little upset stomach during the evenings;
    - a mild headache (I never get headaches);
    - bloating; and,
    - unusual cramping (nothing like AF cramping).

Oh, and by the way, I know exactly how you
    feel...obsession and all! Our
bodies do tell us a lot though!
This is the best place to obsess...
    with your TTC family!!!

    Hope this helps!
    Good luck to you!
    Bobbie :)

    Oh Bobbie!
Now you have really done it!!
I'm really obsessing now!! I have the sore
nipples too, and the cramping that
doesn't feel like af, but more of an achiness...UGH!
Oh, gosh, another week, another week. Hurry up week!

    Keep me updated!
    Tiff

I've been taking Materna vitamins and drinking one
    BIG cup of green tea
every day. I live in South Korea so didn't have
    access to Robitussen or any
other advice apart from this site - so thanks for
    the support! Have been
watching my cycles and CM etc.. and BD on days 12,
    14, 16 and 18 just to be
sure. After only 3 months I have a positive HPT!! Am
    going to the doctor
tomorrow for the blood test but AF is already 10
days late and my boobs are
    sore so all good signs.

Never thought I'd see those +++signs
next to my name. Details..long sorry!

Well at 5am this morning I woke up having to pee really bad
so I whipped out the ept (figuring it was a waste)and
3 minutes later I had a dark solid line!!!!! Yippee Yippee
Yippee I can't sleep now so I wanted you guys to be the
2nd to know (dh had to know 1st of course!)

I don't know what made the difference this month. I've been
drinking green tea for several months, prenatals for
like a year and a half. Didn't temp this month because I was
obsessing too much. Dr. told us to use OPK for a
couple of months before he would start me on anything else.
We dtd about everyday-sometimes in the morning-
    between day 10 and 16 I think. I don't know if it made a
difference but I had put on about 10 lbs this past year and
decided this month I needed to get serious about it. I've
been excercising and eating better and had lost 7 lbs this
    month.

Symptoms: not many so take heart...by 10dpo I had written
this cycle off because I was getting the usual pre-AF
bad moodiness. Really tired(which is usual around AF) and
occasional nausea this past week. Bbs sensitive but
not sore/no veins. I did break down and start temping at
9dpo and that was making me a little suspicious..here
    they are:
    (coverline about 98.0)
    98.6
    none
    98.9
    98.9
    98.6
    98.6
    98.4 +hpt

It may sound a little corny but one night I was laying in
bed trying to go to sleep and I swear I feel like I felt my
    mom
telling me that this was the month. She passed away in July
and I miss her terribly. I feel like she is still with me in
a way though, and it is very comforting.

Thank you everyone for your support during the time that I
have been lurking (and sometimes posting) here. This
is a wonderful site and it has helped me through many a bad
day so I will be a dusting machine to pay everybody
    back. God Bless!

    I'm Back

Well I haven't been around for a while.
Since March of last year. Has it
really been almost a year, I just
can't picture it. I've missed you all so much.

I thought I would start posting again
once AF got here. So I lurked and
lurked. So much has changed. The
board looks great Momma & Elizabeth!!
Well AF, never arrived and I found
    out last Monday I'm Pregnant!!!!!
DH and I thought we had missed the
ovulation (which was right on New
Years) so we thought what the
heck let do it anyway. Practice
    after all makes perfect!

    Well according to the doctor
    I must have double ovulated!
    Go Figure!
I was pretty amazed my 36 year old
    body could manage it,
    But Thank God!
    Now I'm due around 9/22/2000.

I can't wait to find all my
old buds and make new ones as I go through
this fasinating journey. DH is great
he's jumping with not only to feet,
but all the way up to his neck.

I hope everyone is well. Natalie

    IT FINALLY HAPPENED!
    Thursday, 20 January 2000, at 6:50 a.m.
Well - It's official! I am Pregnant! Thanks to all!

After 22 long months of trying,
I am finally pg. I went through all the
fertility drugs (injectible & oral) until I
finally had a lap which revealed stage 2 Endo.
It was removed & here I
am 4 months later - cautiously
enjoying the first few weeks of my pregnancy.
    I have almost no signs/symptoms.
I wish I would have known this 22 months ago -
because every month that went by - I thought I felt
every symptom. Now I feel very few.
Some mood swings, I have no interest for sweets
(which I usually love), no interest for coffee
(which I also love) & I am very tired.
I have a slightly yellow discharge, some
    minimal weird low cramps, diarrhea,
and my bb's are a little sore around the nipples.
My temp did stay up for the most part -
but fluctuated up & down between .4 pts -
it was always over coverline. DH & I BD'd every
day from approx. cd 7-cd 20
(I'm so glad that is over!) - and the rest is history!

I want to thank everyone out there who
    helped get me through this.
I sincerely thought that I would never get pg
& it is taking some time for all this to set in.
Trust in God, Pray and ask for what you want.
God wants to give you the desires of
your heart & He knows what's best.
    Thanks again -
it's on to the alumnae board for me!!!
