Hi Momma Kath!
I want to thank you first of all for
providing hope and inspiration to women everywhere!
I tried to conceive for about 4 years, starting when I was about 21 and
I will be 25 when the baby comes!
I have PCOS although I have none of the traditional symptoms,
no acne, no facial hair, not overweight (123 pre-pregnancy).
I self diagnosed myself as a newlywed when I was having very frequent long lasting periods.
After many Dr.s I finally had an u/s that confirmed my diagnosis.
Eventually I found a competent Dr. who gave me clomid which did not do the trick.
I did not O the first month on 50, I did the second on 100,
but then I did not the third month on 100. So I quit clomid and had a glucose tolerance test. I ended up on glucophage 2000mg but couldn't handle the tummy probs and went back down to 1500mg. Started the clomid again. Nothing happened the first month on 50 but I ovulated and got pregnant the 2nd month on 100!
From the time I started the gluc to now is only about a year and a half.
So I really recommend this combo (gluc and clomid) to PCOS'rs.
Also be checked for PCOS because I don't display "traditional" symptoms.
I took 100mg of B6 before O and folic acid.
I also drank 1 cup of green tea a day to help w/ c.m.,
and I used PreSeed one time about 3 days before O. After O I used natural progesterone cream and oral progesterone (prometrium) and switched to a prenatal. I am continuing the glucophage until I am in my second trimester- in 3 weeks. I believe- as well as my Dr- that is helps prevent m/c in women w/ PCOS.
That and the progesterone. GL!

Finally pregnant after ttc for 2 1/2 years.
Dh has very low sperm count (less than 3 million)
We didn't find that out until 1 month ago.
After only one iui with out meds,
my RE said our chances were 2%.
We decided to give it a try and planned on IVF
for the next month and heading off to another city.
We were thrilled to find out I was pregnant
the day before the Clomid challenge.
I wanted everyone to know who's dh has a low sperm count
that and iui is very possible. Don't give up the faith.
I took Herbs for Her for 6 months prior and my RE said
he had never seen such great hormone levels
which I think has a lot to do with me maintaining my pregnancy.
If anyone is looking for the best RE and lives in Texas
I would be thrilled to give you his information.
This website has been a true blessing through all the ups and down.
God bless all.

Dear Momma Kath,
I sent you an e-mail 3 months ago and you told me to use the herbs.
After 1yr of ttc no. 2 I am finally Pregnant! Here is what I did.
I took evening primrose oil from day 1 to day 14.
After that I took alfalfa, calcium and magnesium and folic acid.
Drank lots of carrot juice and water, cut out caffeine completely(including coke and chocolate).
I also stopped using artificial sweeteners in my tea. I also drank lots of herbal teas(anisette).
After two months I got a BFP.
Thanks and my love to you all, your stories helped keep me hopeful and sane.
Love, Zainab EDD 3/03/05

Hello To Everyone:
First of all let me re-introduce my self, my screen name is solocub. I am 33 year old single mother to a beautiful 13 year old, in upstate NY. I first found this site after 7 years of trying to conceive and after a really ugly divorce for my inability to do so. I was so frustrated and hurt, I decided to find out what was going on. I had on gyn/ob tell me that I wanted it to badly; then he told me that my abnormal periods and severe menstral craps (that were totally debilitating) would 'correct themselves' and 'go away'... I found out after an emergency trip to ER, I found that I was infested with fibroids. So needless to say, I was FURIOUS! My so called dr. would not do a single thing to help me other than prescribe tylenol for my excruciating pain... because I had a low grade HMO, which in his practice meant "I dont have time". Eventually I grew tired of leaving work with EMBARRASSING (.) EPISODES , and sought out the help of a wonderful nurse practitioner, that happen to be affiliated with the company that I work for. I explained what was going on to her, and she referred me to a WONDERFUL ob/gyn. He gave me the once over and found that not only did I have several fibroids, but also that both of my fallopian tubes were blocked. Then he proceeded to suggested that I have an HSG procedure to alleviate the problem I was having. I figured what the heck, it couldnt do more harm, and I might actually get my much desired baby out of the whole ordeal. So with hope in my heart and my fingers crossed, I had the procedure the day after Christmas in ' 02. Well... much to my dispair, when I went for my follow up ex! am, my new doctor told me that although he was able to remove most of the fibroids, my tubes were scarred beyond repair and that my only chance of conceiving a child would be through artificial methods. I WAS EMOTIONALLY DEVAST ATED!!
So resigned to my fate, I gave up. I didnt have the money for the the procedure and the specialist that my new doctor referred me too didnt except my insurance, and wanted a WHOPPING $3,000.00 up front, non-refundable! Well needless to say I said and I quote "**!@^**!" so, I moved on. I figured, God had already blessed me with a beautiful, smart, funny little girl, so full of charm, she warms the heart.... I had a fantastic new man in my life that had stuck by me through all of this emotional drama, and he convinced me that my daughter was enough for him.( you see, he had no children of his own.) And I became a WORK-A-HOLIC. I went through the motions of everyday life thankful for all the support of family and friends; and inside I died a little more each day feeling broken and empty.
Then it happened. I went to lunch with some coworkers and be came violently ill. But it didnt happen just that one day, it kept happening. I thought I had food poisioning or some other heinous affliction. It got so bad, that I went to the ER. I was so sure that I was on the verge of death, when the dr came in and told me I was going to live long enough to deliver a healthy baby in 7 months... I completely missed his meaning... I just sat there looking STUPID! I asked him to repeat what he said, and when I heard the word "PREGNANT" for the second time I almost hit the floor! I was so excited, I ran out of the hospital still in my gown! The nurse had to call me back... I started screaming and crying ..."I'M PREGNANT, I'M PREGNANT!"
And now at the end of my 1st trimester, I thought I'd share the good news with all of you. I'm due the 20th of January 2005...And for me it seems like a long time, but in my book, late is always better than never
And I want to thank all the ladies at this site for sharing their tears and frustrations with me, and giving me a place to go when I felt so all alone. I hope and pray for all my sisters, that you get to know the sense fulfullment that I have now. My blessings to you all.
Thank you for everything,
Sincerely,
Solocub (no more)....I'm ~*~*~*DEUCE-CUB~*~*~ NOW!
Plenty of DUST to you all.

First of all I must say what a Godsend this website was!
My name is Brooke and I am 41 years old.
I have 2 dd from a previous marriage, ages 15 and 9.
My 3rd dd is with my new DH, the love of my life. Chloe, my 3rd, is 2!
We started ttc a 4th last summer and did so without a problem,
just like my first 3.
Then I had a m/c at 11 weeks. I was shocked!
So, we began ttc right away and NOTHING!
So, I was on clomid 100 mg for 2 months. I always had a 28 day cycle,
but the clomid delayed it.
So, the first round I missed my O date because it ocurred on CD 23.
Off to the RE I went and came home with a bag full of injections.
I was so frustrated. I did NOT want to go that far...
Then i had an HSG and was waiting for AF to show 2 weeks later.
The HSG was on CD 14, and I o'd on CD 16-17.
When CD 28 came we were having a huge party at my house.
I happened to have 1 last HPT so I did it,
but forgot about it for about 10 minutes.
When I returned- there it was- that longed for 2nd pink line!
I was pregnant!
There were so many tears, headaches and heartaches in the process
but it is finally here!
I am hoping ffor twin boys!
Hang in there and keep in touch with MommaKath- it will happen!

Hi Momma Kath,
I just wanted you to know I got a BFP on my home pregnancy test
and it was also confirmed with a blood test.
I'm 38 and we've been trying for over a year.
I was told back in February by a Infertility Specialist that
I had a 5% chance of ever conceiving with my own eggs.
I started on your Herbs for Her Regimen #3 program and four months later here I am!!
I also started weekly acupuncture treatments and
believe that your herbs along with the acupuncture
are the reason we are pregnant today!
Thank you for your website!
It's information and inspiration are such a blessing, n
ot only to me, but to so many other women
who are going through fertility issues!
Thanks again!
God Bless You,
Sally H

Success!!!!
My husband and I decided to start trying 12 months ago but right away knew there was a problem as I stopped getting my period and had no BBT shifts. We were lucky enough to receive treatment immediately and started 50mg CLOMID in October. First round I ovulated but no pregnancy. Next round didn't work. We upped the dosage to 100mg and did 4 more rounds - 2 with ovulation occurring and two were unsuccessful. We were referred to a fertility clinic on May 3 for the next steps (HCG shots). My appointment is for July 6. Well lo and behold I got a period on May 25 (Day 50 since my last cycle). Although the doctor had told me not to bother taking the last round of Clomid, we did anyway, and didn't really think too much about it, as we had this fertility appointment.

So....you can imagine my surprise when I had 18 days of high BBT and started waking up at 4am to pee! I'm 6 weeks along and we are so excited. I can't believe it worked. Good luck to all of you trying Clomid and never stop believing in it!
Tracy

Good News Momma Kath!
Well... I am 4 weeks pregnant!
I am sure it's due to the hormone balancing programme I was on...
Herbs for Her is absolutely the reason I got pregnant this month I am positive!
I am so happy - thank you so much Momma Kath!

My Success Story
I have had two children already, and had trouble conceiving both -
with my son it took over two years,
With my daughter a year and a half.
DH and I started trying right after DD was born this time and 9 months later I am pregnant again!
I used Herbs for Her from Momma Kath - and they've done the trick that's for sure.
I ovulated really late - CD23 - and my temps slowly went up quite high from abut DPO 5
and stayed up which got my hopes up.
I had NO symptoms at all except for sore bbs which I always get before AF arrives
but these were sore around my breasts -
not just in the nipple where they usually are sore so that was slightly different.
I tested a light light positive on DPO 13 and again today at DPO 15
so I guess we're definitely pregnant!

Momma!!! I knew this would happen!!!
I am 44. I have two kids - 5 and 3. I tried to conceive for nearly 10 yrs but could not - the doctors never found the reason. Using Momma Kath's herbs, I had 3 pgs in 3 yrs (I lost the one in the middle at 18 wks). The only thing I was doing differently during those three years was taking Momma Kath's herbs and even though I was 38-40 at the time, my fertility was the highest that it had ever been.
About 18 months ago, I started having very irregular cycles. According to my charts, almost all of them were annov. I would have a 17 day cycle followed by a 65 day cycle and then a 34 day cycle - you never knew what to expect. I'm definitely perimenopausal - my doctor's office agrees.
A few weeks ago, I wrote Momma Kath and asked her what she had to help with this insanity, and joked with her that I was almost afraid to order her herbs because I would probably get pregnant again. Well - she recommended several things and I started them two weeks into my last cycle. I then had my first normal 4 week cycle in 18 months. And, AF was normal, too - I had been having very heavy bleeding with large clots, etc.. (I know - TMI - sorry!) I really felt better, physically, than I had in some time.
Then - two weeks ago - my charts (I do paper and Fertility Friend) both showed an o surge. My husband and I both laughed. I was sure it was a mistake, but we had BD the night before the O without expecting it. Surprisingly, my temps stayed up.
This morning I woke up (12 dpo) and gagged twice while trying to brush my teeth. Then I threw up my vitamins. I went to CVS and bought a FactPlus. I know it isn't very sensitive, but I don't like shadow lines and question marks, so I avoid the sensitive tests. Well - it was definitely, completely, unequivocally positive.
Tonight I am cramping and spotting. My back hurts and the spotting seems to be getting heavier - heading towards light bleeding rather than spotting. I am fairly certain this will be a chemical pg and that AF will be in full swing tomorrow. I might be wrong, but I had an early m/c before and this feels very much like that. It will be sad if that happens, but not devastating yet because the shock of seeing those two dark lines hasn't worn off yet so I didn't have a chance to get emotionally invested in this pregnancy before I showed signs of losing it. Does that make sense?
Anyway - the point of this long message is to highly recommend the TTC Store herbal packages and to share my experience with them. Good luck to everyone on your ttc journey.
