TTC SUCCESS STORIES..Book #2b...
|
O.K. Here are the details.
I did have a nice drop in my temp. on cd 13. That was hopeful. I kept expecting AF and it wasn't arriving. I was very afraid to get my hopes up about. My heart rate was elevated, thirsty all the time, kind of tired (not too bad, though), breasts were a little tender. I am taking over the counter pre-natal vitamins. One thing I did do was really try and relax and not get uptight about not conceiving yet. I just kind of said, when God wants me to be pregnant it will be time. (I am not a super religious person.) But this helped me to relax and enjoy the BD. I hope this helps. ~~~~~~~~~~~~*******~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Couldn't believe my eyes! Yes, +++, finally! Posted By: Gretchen in Grenoble
I haven't been around in a while, but I wanted to share my good news! Yesterday, AF was four days late and I
started feeling crazy so I took a test (I'm sure I would've tested before but I was away on vacation!) I REALLY didn't
expect it to be +. DH & I have been trying since Dec. 96, and I had an m/c in Sept. 98. I am so happy but also
nervous b/c of the m/c...I pray that this pregnancy works out! No symptoms yet, just sore bbs but I always get them
before AF. The other day I had to pee every 15 minutes but I was traveling and eating different things, so...
I was so demoralized before that I took 2 months off temping (this is the 2nd month). I did some things you're not
supposed to which I don't feel great about now (I drank caffeine & wine, sometimes quite a bit!) I knew after the 1st
month I took off that it did me a lot of good psychologically. More than I even imagined, it seems!
I hope this gives hope to other ladies who have been trying for a long time!
Dust and love to all of you!

Trudy just called & we talked for about 1-1/2 hours. GUESS WHAT?????? (m) Posted By: Mitzi edd 10/31/99
She tested +!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No IUI, temping, obsessive trying, etc. She's quite surprised, nervous (I think) and very happy. She has an appt on Friday to confirm the pgy, HCG levels and that it's not an ectopic. She decided to test since she had a feeling queasy for several mornings. I plan to call her Friday evening to check about her appt. I have a positive feeling about this and am so thrilled for her & DH!! They're doing well, getting settled in CA. She doesn't have internet access yet but hopefully will soon. Mitzi for Trudy

OH MY!!! Y'all are the first to know!
I am 15dpo, and I tested ++++ with ept and clear blue easy!! I am in complete shock. I was beginning to think this would never happen. Dh is out of town, so he doesn't know! I got up at 6am, took my temp (98.5) and peed on a stick, and kept rubbing my eyes because I couldn't believe it--2 dark lines!!! My details: I'm 29, dh is 30. We've been ttcing for 9 cycles. I started charting before I even started trying, so I was very concerned that with charting and timing everything right, I was not getting pregnant. Two months ago, I logged on to this wonderful site and learned about EPO and B6--I took EPO from Af to O, and B6 (100mgs) everyday. Also took my prenatals. I took the B6 because before taking it, my lp was only 10-11 days. The last two months it went from 12 to 13, so b6 works, ladies! We dtd every other day starting on day 7, through temp shift. I'm not sure when I O'd--it was either day 12 or day 14. My temps went up very gradually, by .2 a day, so it's hard to tell. Post O details: my temps have not been very high, and they are just now starting to look triphasic. Highest temp so far is today, 98.5 (not adjusted, although I took it at 6am, and I usually temp at 7am). Symptoms: nothing that I haven't had in other cycles! I have the AF cramps, although not as strong, and I have the sore bbs. I spotted VERY lightly on days 10 and 11dpo. SO...you all are the FIRST to know. Sorry so long, but I am beside myself! I don't know what to do!! I was beginning to think it was impossible. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for being so wonderfully supportive. God bless all of you!

Hey, hey!!! I'm having a baby! +++++ Test (details....) Posted By: Huffy I absolutely cannot believe it! If any of you are starting to lose hope about getting PG, let me tell you - If I can get PG this month then I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you guys are going to be seeing big ++++ signs really soon.
Some of you may remember that my DH had reconstructive knee surgery on April 30. The surgery placed him
completely out of commission for two weeks and even still mostly out of commission now. Anyway, because of his
surgery I wasn't even sure than we would be able to DTD at all and I definitely knew that we wouldn't be able to do
it missionary style. Plus, on cd17 I realized that I had not O'd yet and I was leaving to go out of town all week. I knew
that we would miss BDing around O time. So Anyway, here are my temps...
cd8 97.5 Probably my biggest "symptom" was lots of yellow CM starting around 8dpo. This continued for several days. I also had some tenderness in my BBs, but not a lot. No m/s or nausea. When I tested on 11 and 12 dpo the lines were extremely faint. I mean, almost where you had to cross your eyes to even see it!! But by yesterday, the line had strengthened quite a bit. Anyway, I want to thank everyone who has answered all of my stupid questions. And, if it's OK I will probably still lurk around a little on this board because I still have a lot to learn.
I know that it probably won't be very effective, but here is some brand new dust - LOL, Huffy (a.k.a. Renee)

Here are the details..... Posted By: Candi
I have been taking folic acid for since my stillbirth in Feb. I took 1500 mg EPO until O. Vitamin B 100 complex.
Geritol, 200 iu vit E, grape seed extract, I think thats it. DH has been taking vit E, Zinc, Vit C (me too),
Felt really crampy 7 dpo, cm was creamy and plentiful, I didn't temp all month long because It was taking over my
life. But on cd 25, 13dpo, I did take it and my post o temps are pretty high anyway, (98.6-98.7)but typically 13 dpo
my temp starts to fall. Well it spiked to 99.1 thats when I knew something was up. And get this my due date is the
day I lost my son. Feb 5.
I think thats it.
Hope everyone here see ++++ soon.

It's Official!!!+++++++++++++++
Well, the blood test results were ++++++++. I am officially pg! Now what????? Thank you to everyone who has helped me to this point!!! What agreat website!!!! Details: To make a long story short...off bcp in March, began temping and reading the book asap. On C#3 we dtd the day before I o'd and the day after...but I was not aware that I had O'd until the day after when my temps rose, and they've been high ever since. Symptoms: Not many...TONS of creamy cm after O, very tired(fall asleep tired), bloated, upset stomach(like indigestion), emotional, nausiated, and peeing every hour. Also have cramps, and my face broke out bad...unlike any other pimples I've had. So, here I am....AHHHHHHH!!!!
Thanks again everyone...and here is my official sprinkling of pg dust for all of you!

It's another +++++!!!
The line still isn't AS dark as the control line, but at 12 dpo, what can I expect? Anyway, I'm feeling pretty sure it's a "real" ++++, so here are the details: First, just to give all of you ladies who have "weird" cycles some good news -- this is BY FAR the weirdest cycle I've had since TTC -- and it's the one I got PG on -- so there is hope!!! Okay, first of all, I'm 34, will be 35 in 2 weeks, I'm going for #1 child, and starting TTC in March (went off bcp's in October). I got all obsessed right at first -- starting the temping, etc., my second month -- and found this WONDERFUL site. Okay, my cycles are usually very textbook, 28 day cycles, O'ing on cd14. Well, last cycle was only 26 days, and this cycle I didn't O until cd17 -- so I was afraid my cycles were starting to get irregular!! Okay -- daily details:
cd6 98.1-- sticky cm
Okay, that's my daily stat's!!! I definitely think my body tried to O on cd14, but for whatever reason didn't, and then O'd on cd17. I was not sick, overly stressed, etc., so I don't know what caused the delay -- I just know it ended up giving me a week of fertile CM!!!!! I did write down some "symptoms" as they were happening when I saw the triphasic shift in temps. On 7dpo, I had water retention and bbs started getting more sore (they are sore every month from O to AF) On 8 dpo, stomach was very hard, bloated, crampy or 'pulling' feeling in tummy, bbs still sore -- and started getting GASSY!!! On 9 dpo, same as 8dpo, plus increased amount of creamy CM (white). On 10dpo, same as 9 dpo, plus several bm's, lots of gas, had some brown spotting internally, not on undies (thinking it was old blood from 7dpo implantation). Didn't last very long and wasn't very much spotting. On 11 dpo, cm dried up (usually creamy at this time), still very gassy, bbs REALLY sore, and felt quesy!! Today is 12 dpo -- and I felt a little weird this morning before I ate something. I starting taking EPO (3000 mg from AF to O) 2-3 cycles ago to help with my CM. Did the Robi thing too, but decreased that this month. I also added a baby aspirin each day this cycle, and started taking b6 (since I had a short cycle last month). I definitely think the b6 was responsible for leveling out my temps -- they usually vary more. I also take prenatals and drink the green tea. I know this is a BOOK -- but wanted to try to tell you everything!!! Thanks so much to all of you and your support.
