  • Hydrate your body! Drink a glass of water before bed and first thing in the morning. 8 glasses total in a day.
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Sleep at least 8 hours per night! If not, try a power-nap during the day? A lack of both sleep and sufficient water intake can skew your hormones.
  • Do not lose your sense of humor as laughing is very therapeutic!
  • Keep your kegel muscle strong and psoas flexible!
