You need to be monitored and have tests done and make this thing happen. I regret all the time I wasted with my OBGYN. And you've already been ttc 4 years. Clomid doesn't always work for us pcos'ers and if you aren't monitored properly you won't know if you are even responding to clomid at all or the little eggies are getting stuck in the ovaries or what, Seriously it's a waste of time. Find a fertility specialist.
One poor girl spent a year with an ob-gyn doing this clomid thing. Finally she went to a specialist and within two cycles she's pg.
