I had BFN's with most of IVF cycles. I know it doesn't seem that way because I have 4 kids, but we did MANY cycles. Some things my husband and I both did that i think helped us were high protein/low carb diet for a month before retrieval, taking fish oil, CQ10 supplements for my husband, BD'ing the morning of transfer and I know acupuncture helped me...especially doing acupuncture a few hours after transfer. Once I started doing these things I started having more and more success. We don't really know why I had so many failures. I am guessing it was embryo quality.
I also had read a study that said upping your folic acid increased your risk of twins, because for some reason I thought twins seemed like a great idea to add to the three kids I already had...lol. And I conceived twins twice after starting that. Maybe just a coincidence, but I don't think so.
I am sure you have probably already looked into a lot of this stuff but just wanted to throw some tips your way.
