I didn't feel any movement until around 19 weeks or so. I wouldn't worry... I have heard it is VERY rare to feel anything before 18 weeks even if it is your 2nd....
With Warner (who is 3) we have just taught him that he needs to be extra careful around me so he doesn't hurt his baby brother. Because of his age he has been really great actually and very protective of my stomach and me.
If she is having a tantrum where she is kicking you, then I would definately either give her a time out, or just walk away. Any tantrum that Warner EVER has, we just walk away and once he realizes he isn't getting any attention, then he settles down.
Getting kicked in the stomach is probably not very good for the pregnancy, so I would definately just walk away and let her cry out her tantrum until she is settled down. I know she is younger then my little guy, but it is important to teach her now about being gentle around you and the baby so she is that way when the new baby comes along.
