Clomid Round 1 TTC#2

This is my first post on here. I am not sure where to start. I am 5 (well Almost B-day in Dec. My journey began in 2006. My husband and I decided to try for baby number one while I was in my last year of Nursing School. After 2 years of trying on our own I finally wnet against my family and made an Appt with a Dr. After all the horrible X-Rays, ultrasounds and bloodwork we found that I have PCOS. A Diagnoses that even suprised my Dr as I am small built, and really didn't have any of the symptoms. Well of course except infertility. He suggested I take clomid a few months he said he was sure that was all it would take because My PCOS was not that bad. %0 mg only had 2 follicles, that was in May 2008. June 2008 he increased my dose to 100mg Days 5-9. My ultrasound showed that I had more follicles this time and in both ovaries, but he said he was going to increase my does because it still was not the result he wanted. I went to the beach, relaxed, and Prayed like crazy (even went to a Healing Room). July 12 2008 found out DS was on his way. He is now 9 months old and the greatest Blessing God could have ever given us. Not wanting to waste anytime we started trying whenhe was 8 weeks old to get pregnant for the second time. I have never had irregular cycles, and even though I was breastfeeding I had a Normal Cycle every 30 days. I started my First round of clomid (My Dr, which by the way changed mid pregnancy last time), gave it to me no questions asked. I guess it was because he knew I had taken it to get pregnant the last time. It almost seemed to easy this time to get the Perscription. Anyway Sorry that was so long but I wanted to share my success before I ask my question. Today is my Last day of clomid for the month (@ 100mg). I have not had lots of the symptoms, I do get dizzy and have occassional hot flashes. I was Moody the first day but not really since. I was so depressed by the time I got pregnant with my son that I knew I didn't need to go back down taht road. I mean now I have him to take care of and there were times i was so depressed that I could not even get out of bed. I am sure many of you have felt that same way. What I was wondering is I have been temping and yesterday my temp Dropped .7*F. Since today is day cd 9 I know it is too early to be time for O'ing. When should I start doing OPK, as I don't want to get false +. Didnt temp or do OPK last time, so not sure about all this stuff. I am terribly sorry this is so long. Any info will be helpful. The New Dr does not think U/S are necessary but said he would do them if I wanted to. I go in for my Progesterone on cd 21. Really hoping for a great month. Send baby dust this way.
