RE was very nice, he dropped a bomb though. DH and I went in expecting to hear that we would be doing an IUI this month and maybe get some pointers and a new rx. So i have my exam and we go in the office and he said that we both are in perfect health and we fall in that dreaded "unknown infertility" category. So he said we have a 1-2% chance of getting preg every month and WITH IUI about 4-5%. My heart just sank. Try keeping your composure during that conversation! So I started a new pill last night Femara and then I go the 25th for u/s to see if my eggs are ready and hcg after that for IUI. I will do 3 months IUI then IVF if no result. I'm so upset. and then i got home to find that my dad is having emergency spine surgery and is in the ER. Great night all in all. Im at work and look like HELL!
