The hsg can do funny things to your body. I have heard of it causeing a period to come again shortly after the hsg was performed. for me it made me O very early which meant that I got my period again that month. so it could be the hsg. clomid will not cause a miscarriage if you have one it is becuase of some other reason. Low Progestrogene or the embryo sometimes doesn't stick because of the lining or there was something wrong with the embryo. I have taken clomid for four rounds and have not had any miscarrages. I am sucessfully PG. This may also be your first real period if you O'd. I had some heavy flows then some light ones. Good Luck!
