right now. My 6w3d u/s showed a good sized sac, yolk and beginnings of the fetal pole, but no h/b. I had a repeat u/s 4 days later at 7w1d and embryo had grown to 5mm (about a week behind my date) and now could see a flutter of a h/b, but "not as fast as they'd like to see". So, I have another u/s at 8 weeks this friday and that should be the deciding scan of whether things are progressing normally or not. From what I've researched, I've got probably less than a 50/50 chance that the little embie is ok to go. So, I'm praying for a growth spurt and to see some major pumping on friday.
