Did they do vaginal u/s on you? Probably not since you are so far along, but I remember I sometimes spotted after having those done. Also, I sometimes spotted after intercourse. Or maybe your cervix is just a little irritated??? Whatever it is, chances are it is nothing serious. I don't blame you for your concern though. I would be the same way!
