What I can say is, everyone is different. This is my 4th pregnancy, but if everything continues to progress as it is, it will only be my 2nd birth, but my first 3 pregnancies, I was sick as a dog the day I found out I was pregnant. This one I had no symptoms until I was 6 weeks and then it hit me like a ton of bricks. Now one of my friends who had IVF had the same symptoms as you did and she contributed the bloating to her transfer, so maybe that is it. Make sure you fill us in on you beta!! I will be looking forward to the actual announcement:-)
