I thought you might want to know about this article on a new off label
usage of a drug that is apparently given to induce labor. This drug,
Cytotec, can cause serious complications including a ruptured uterus
and fetal death. Many women apparently respond very well to it, but
others suffer terrible and unpredictable side effects.

I posted a message on the alumnae database, but this is something you
may want to include in your information section, since my message won't
last long. It's horrifying to think that those of us who have tried so
hard to have a baby might lose it at birth because some HMO is trying
to save money.
