The most annoying comment I have received was from my in-laws. My father-in-law told me to either have a child or he would send me on the next bus smoking!!! The hardest part is that I already raise my two stepkids by marriage! I guess that's not good enough!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A woman I work with said, We (my 1st husband) having trouble for 6 months and we went to the Dr. and he told my husband to wear boxers and 2 weeks later I was pregnant. Come on we all know it takes 3 month for sperm development, but she swears that's what it was even though I told her about the 3 month sperm thing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I was released from the hospital the day before the funeral to find my in-laws at our house. That day, my brother-in-law called to find out the time of the funeral the next day. They just had their second, six weeks before, of course without even trying! My father-in-law then says over the phone that "Sarah (me), wouldn't mind if they brought the kids - we would all love to see them." Excuse me-but no I wouldn't love to see them! I couldn't believe their insensitivity! I went to our bedroom and cried for hours. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Aren't you being selfish? You are lucky to have the child you have!" This came from my mother-in-laws best friend, who is 50ish. She had two more children after miscarriage. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
another miscarriage after ttc for ten months after the first miscarriage: Yes it's terrible, I know how you feel. My girlfriend accidentally got pregnant a few months ago ( at the time they'd been together 3 months and using contraception) and it was a really hard decision but she had the abortion at ten weeks, I hope she doesn't fall again... And the mother-in-law; I told you not to leave it so late.. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(her baby is 7 months old now) said after I reported symptoms that are similar to pregnancy: "I heard that when women want to get pregnant bad enough they start making up symptoms." Well, AF came today and I still have the flu...go figure! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"So, you're married?" yessss "Do you have little ones?" noooo "And why not???" What do I say in response? Should I go into the whole story of passing out in the doctor's office in agony and the emergency surgery? Or my husband's low sperm motility? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One customer in the restaurant where I work drew a penis on my order pad and told me that was what I should use to get pregnant(this was a guy). Another quite older man offered to help since my husband obviously didn't know how!! One co-worker got pregnant with her third while on BCPs. Another claims she can get pregnant if "her husband shoots it at the wall!" My best friend got pregnant with both kids the first month she went off the pill. I feel like I am surrounded by fertile people and there is something wrong with me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
