Are You Getting Enough Sleep?

Sleep on it
It's scary how fast it happened! I was only a few blocks from home when I fell asleep at the wheel. When I opened my eyes, I was at a 4 way stop-sign with my foot on the brake. It is horrifying how fast it happened! 

The National Institutes of Health estimates that 30 percent or more of Americans are chronically underslept, with potentially deadly consequences: nodding off at the wheel is estimated to cause up to 6,000 traffic fatalities per year, according Centers for Disease Control.
